【游戏简介】
明星志愿3结合了前几代作品的优点，是一部集事业经营和恋爱养成于一身的作品。在事业经营的部分，大宇研发组加入了玩家最期待的组团、自制、以及剧情编辑等系统，大大丰富了游戏的娱乐性。在艺人养成方面，明三中玩家可以经纪的艺人多达12位，而且每个艺人都有独特、专属的剧情事件。

作为一个经营养成类游戏，玩家在明三里除了可以从经营经纪公司体验到艺人的成长与辛酸之外，还能经由和其它角色的互动感受到演艺圈的人情冷暖。同时，也可以一边建

功立业，一边涉足爱河，发展自己的浪漫爱情，不过在庞大的事业压力下要分身谈感情并不容易，想要爱情、事业双丰收，恐怕除了要耗费不菲的精力外，也要看看你自己的运气了。

游戏结局包括了事业及感情两大部分，只要玩家努力经营，要抱得美人站在闪亮的演艺舞台上绝对不是个遥不可及的梦想喔～

故事背景

原来只是在父亲公司帮忙的主角，一直以来做的都是简单的跑腿工作。在父亲的教导下，主角对演艺圈抱持着美好的憧憬。深深相信只要艺人有实力、肯努力、脚踏实地，一定会有出人头地的一天。         

主角跟公司的艺人一向有不错的情谊，但却一直不知道他们对公司心存不满。直到目睹了SD乐团跟父亲的争执，与巨子经纪仗势欺人的场面，才体认到演艺圈的现实与无情。

在父亲病倒之后，主角曾经考虑要结束经纪公司，但是庞大的负债逼得他不得不接下经营的重担！要如何打倒巨子经纪，帮助翱翔天际东山再起，让父亲所创立的经纪公司扬名国际，将是主角所要面临的最大挑战！
